Immigration Exam Information                                                                     
 
 

Pleasanton Medical Group are certified by United States to perform immigration physical examinations Form I-693 for the US Government.
We do about fifty examination per month for the US government.  Your exam will take approximately 20-30 minutes.

The doctor will go over your medical history and determine what vaccinations and tests are required for each individual. Please bring a copy of your vaccination record and photo identification with you.  If your primary care doctor is willing to perform tests or administer vaccines, it will save you money.  In general, if you are paying for your tests and vaccines, the prices here are relatively low.

In most cases, the results would be given in a sealed envelope with photocopy (or email PDF file) in two days.

 

Fees:

Physical Examination                             $150.00  

Tetanus                                                  $45.00   (required within the past ten years)

MMR vaccine                                          $70.00   (required if born after 1956)

Tuberculosis skin test                             $15.00   (required if over 2 years old)

Blood Test: Syphilis                                 $50.00   (required if 15yrs of age or older)

                    


 
INS exams are not covered by medical insurance. We accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard.

 

On the day of your visit we will schedule a follow up appointment for you to come and have your TB test read by the doctor. You will need to be available to return within 48-72 hours for this appointment.   You will receive your I-693 form in a sealed envelope on that day, contingent upon a negative TB test. If your TB is positive, the doctor may send you for a chest x-ray. All patients must be present at the follow up appt
